After this last experience,Rea's Story, I/we applied this to the message about Gaia’s spine and when we edited it we applied the mediation energy to it as we went along.

We are all learning how to be in this vibration on earth and focus on the general feeling of being airy and expanded; it feels like there is a space between every part.

The energy is flowing round it uninhibited. The heart/brain coherence is at one, with every energy vortex and chakras on the outside and inside with Gaia nature and it will not revert.

 The new age frequency is here now, with the gentle undulating waves that we all go with. Start to think about creating the future and what this means.

We are easing our way through this “holding it”, letting it grow... as we go... and all the time thinking how the progress of humanity is the next part, following on

On the multitude of dimensions that we are in, there is no limit to how much we can expand and give out, from these infinite light vibrations coming from the infinite god heart. SO think that and know that this is what we are doing!

 There is a way through for all of you~ and as you realise that by letting go of some of old things, you will get a much better way to fulfil your needs in life. This progression must come from everyone in his or her own chosen path of life.

We cannot help others, what we can do... is let this feeling of light grow as big as we can think it! All we can do is wait, holding the light until others decide to move, it’s the natural order of things on earth, each soul has to find their own truth.

We are all here on earth and we are holding ad emanating into the cosmic centre of the collective all~ in these multitudes of dimensions~ to bring it closes into the hearts of humanity in this way of indirect merging of these fields.

The feelings are: the planet and you are the ground crews to keep this very calm- very content- deep feeling in her right now for as long as is needed.

You are all consolidating the new light~ deep into earth solar system galaxies’ and universe it is to be kept for the next six months until 9/1/21!

You/we will do this focus as one with the all. Understand the deep feeling and sense of these fields of multi dimensional light as you go along in your life in every single part of life. Do not despair when you see the pain that others are going through. Know that it is their pathway. It’s not our place to interfere unless we are asked.

 As we listened to the epic sounds, we did our first grand intergalactic holding emanating and consolidating.

This is a new method on a grand scale. It was emotional as we let go of our perceived idea of being human with all that goes with it, we have a deep need to be loved and to help others and be acknowledged in this way it has to go!

The writing is triggering others to get their own clarity of their perspective on life, encompassing the next wave of light souls who are hovering on the edge. They still have to experience their own traumas based on their ethics. Thank you.
